Trends will come and go, but strong communities are here to stay! Here are 3 things you can do every week to create deeper connections in your space:

1. Celebrate you customers! Whether it’s a featured post, a newsletter highlight or a round-up of community achievements- your community members are the heroes. Celebrate them accordingly.

2. Give your customers something they can count on. Whether it’s a Monday coffee check-in on stories, a Wednesday newsletter that feels like a note from their bestie or a Friday recap of favorites- these rituals create a unique space people come to know and love.

3. Start conversations! Give your community ways to connect with you and each other! You can ask for email replies at the end of your newsletter, utilize the questions + polls features or create thoughtful feed posts that will get people talking. Without actual conversations you don’t have a community, you have an audience.

Happy community building! 🤠
A lot of you have expressed interest in getting your products into stores- that’s amazing!

We asked @betterhalfboutique owner, Katie Barish what makes an impression on her when it comes to vendor pitches. Here’s what she said:

Let potential stockists see + touch your product.

Be familiar with the vibe of the shop (an even bigger advantage if you’re actually a customer).

Be confident + organized to make it easy on the busy shop owner.

What’s holding you back from popping into your favorite shop to pitch your product?
Anyone else love using Gifs in your newsletters? How fun would it be to start making those Gifs YOU?!

@adobeexpress makes it so easy to take your favorite video clips and convert them to Gifs almost instantly.

Simply upload your video into the Adobe Express app. Convert to Gif. And save to the camera roll to use as you please!

Life is short. The internet is crazy. Have some fun!
Feeling a major sales slump? Dedicate a little time each week to something on this list:

Take some time to really understand your ideal customer and their needs. Do research- get curious!

Use Google analytics to figure out where your customers are finding you! Pinterest? Facebook ads? A blog post on a specific subject? Once you find the data- do more of THAT!

Make buying easy! Walk through your own checkout process and figure out how you can make it more buyer friendly.

What are the elements of your brand that make you unique? What’s special about what you have to offer? Share that!

Create an amazing customer experience that will create returning customers + community buzz.

Give your SEO some energy! Make sure people can actually find you.

Invest in high quality photos or commit to improving yours a little more each shoot.

Share customer reviews. This builds trust + authority.

Start building that email list, baby! Give yourself a direct line to potential buyers.

Connect your store to your favorite apps so people don’t even need to leave their scroll to shop!

You do not need to do all these things at once- but get curious about the areas you can step up your game and generate more sales!
