We promised to keep our recipes simple, and today we’re delivering with an easy up-level of your favorite hummus!
When you think of cleaning out the veggie drawer, soup usually comes to mind- but this loaded hummus is the perfect way to use what you have for a delicious snack!
2 members of the Daisy Made team had access to the same garden, fridge and pantry- and both of them made their own delicious spin on the traditional dip.
Tracy topped her hummus with: cherry tomatoes, fresh parsley, Kalamata olives, Castelvetrano olives, bell peppers, cucumbers, feta and a hit of olive oil! The cucumber + bell pepper combo added the perfect crunch to every bite.
Next up, Amanda (who over-achieved in her color coordinated tank) created a beautiful dip loaded with: fresh cherry tomatoes, micro arugula, Kalamata olives, Castelvetrano olives, olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice! The hit of acidity with the fresh greens was so good!
